A Product Certificate needs to be issued for every regulated product group as defined in SASO’s Approved Regulations list. It is valid for a period of one year.
A Product Certificate, a Shipment Certificate is required for every shipment with regulated products. The Shipment Certificate is valid for that specific shipment only.

Photographs of products are required in order to apply for the product CoC. All images should be high definition & all labels should be visible.
A legal importer entity is only eligible to apply for product CoC. They much have the authorization to import the said equipment.
The equipment should fulfill the safety regulation and standards that are issued by the government of Saudi Arabia.
Product photographs should be provided along with clear photographs of labels showing the "Made In" and "Country of origin"
